We use cold-forming processes. Feasibility depends on material, section, wall thickness and curvature; machine class is not a universal material or section limit.

Dimensional checks & acceptance
Sections are formed to the supplied stock and drawing dimensions. The formed profile is checked by site setting-out and curve checks, to an accuracy of approximately 5 mm. This is not a universal tolerance for every material or section; checking methods, tolerances and acceptance requirements are agreed against the project drawings.
